Refund policy

We hope that you are always happy with your purchase from Diamonds and Dinosaurs Children's Boutique. However, if you need to make a return we will offer store credit (less shipping) within 15 days from the date you received your purchase. 

We must receive items back damaged free in order to issue store credit. All sales are final on seasonal, sale items and jewelry. Items damaged through normal wear and tear are also non returnable. If you item is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours so that we can replace it. 

To start a return, you can contact us at diamondsanddinosaurscb@gmail.com with your order number and the details about the product your would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
